Perceptions
August 8, 2007 at 11:31 am | In My kids were sent here to embarrass me!, The story of Moo | 3 CommentsI think that most people that meet Master C and Moo leave them believing that Master C is the one in charge. Master C has an incredibly strong personality. But at the same time, is very sensitive. He craves security and the feeling of love around him.
Moo on the other hand is laid back, easy going. But when that stubborn streak kicks in, then it really kicks in. He just will not back down from a fight.
What you probably don’t know about Moo is exactly how manipulative he is. He has playing the victim down pat. He uses it when it suits him. When he wants something.
Moo is also very intelligent. Maybe not words and numbers intelligent. Maybe his IQ isn’t up there. But reading people and getting what he wants intelligent.
I have had Master C on many occasions come running to me in tears because Moo won’t play with him. Moo knows how to press Master C’s buttons to get the response from him he wants. Moo is the one in charge.
Probably the best example of Moo’s personality was during the drive home from Avoca. Moo was sitting next to Master C in the back seat. I could hear him repeating over and over to Master C “Look at me, look at me“. When Master C eventually looked at Moo, Moo put his hands over each side of his face to shield from me what he was doing before poking his tongue at Master C.
And that, dear friends, sums Moo up perfectly.
